In loving Memory of Grandma Grandma

Grandma Grandma (as Maggie coined) passed away peacefully at 98 years of age. We all flew back for the funeral. Maggie, from the start, had a special relationship with Grandma Grandma - which made me a bit nervous to tell her that she had passed. But Maggie really seemed to understand that she had moved on, and during our visit had sweet moments of remembrance of her. I will always hold close the memories of Maggie & Grandma Grandma together. She will be greatly missed. She was an incredibly beautiful woman!

Maggie met her new cousin, Eloisa, who she just adored! Maggie jumped at any opportunity to feed Ellie a bottle. This was high on Maggie's list of things to do. She just loves to mother her dolls, to 'sleep' them, to feed them, to dress them...so to have a real live little baby - HEAVEN!!!

Catching a moment with Grandpa. Maggie & Grandpa Leu have a really sweet relationship. She just adores her Grandpa and jumps at any opportunity for adventure with him. Whether that be a drive around town to run an errand or a visit to his studio for coloring...they just love their moments together. It's really sweet.



Maggie had a sleepover at Zoe & Phoebe's house while we were there (which she always looks forward to). The report back the following morning: popcorn & ice cream in the hot tub & asleep at 1am...and slept in until 11am. Now that's a sleepover!!!

A Soggy Easter

We woke up to big fluffy clouds waiting to let loose on our day - but before they unleashed we embraced the grey & headed out to the big annual Easter Festival down on Union Street.
